Day1 in China.

First day in China! It’s really very cold here, I can’t really move my fingers when I am outdoor. I slept until 11am as I was really tired after flying the whole day, had lunch with my grandparents. As websites like youtube, twitter, tumblr and facebook are all banned in China under some stupid Internet Censorship, life is pretty boring here. Though I tried to hack in, but there are many limitations to those websites. I can access to youtube but I can’t watch any video there. I can access to facebook but I can’t comment on anything. I can access to twitter but I can’t follow anyone, and it takes really long to refresh. Tumblr seem to be the only thing that I can have full access.

I thank God that there is still Gmail that I can use, have been reading all the youthleader’s emails so that I can still be updated with what is happening in church! Just read the CG sermon for this week’s CG, it is so inspiring! So sad that I can’t be there with the CG to receive such powerful word from Charleston and Wei Ling. Oh, and I replied all the emails that some people sent me, thanks guys! I felt so loved. (:

Even though I will miss church for a month, but I am going to spend this month building myself up spiritually. I spent most of my time reading and listening to audio sermon today, I am going to listen to at least one sermon everyday to grow stronger in God. Today, I listened to Pastor How’s Real Man series on True Humility, which I had missed it out last year as I was away. A humble man is about being realistic to himself, not denying his strengths, not covering his weaknesses. When we know our authority, identity and destiny, we will have security, which brings out true humility. Whoever is proud, God will pull down. Whoever is humble, God will exhort.

Acts3:6
Then Peter said, “Silver and Gold I do not have, but what I do have I give it to you; In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.”

Focus on what you have, don’t focus on what you don’t have!
