Love Love Love.

1 Corinthians 13:4-7 (New King James Version)

4 Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; 5 does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; 6 does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; 7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

The bible clearly tells us what is love all about, it is important to love. Love believes all things, we can love people by simply believing in them, a simple sentence like “I believe you” can make a great impact on someone’s life. Do not ever underestimate the power of love. Your words of encouragement can change someone’s life.

to LEAD is to LOVE, and to LOVE is to SERVE.

Galatians 5:13 (New King James Version)

13 For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.

Loving each other opens us up to a world of relationships that bring success into our lives. It is helping people at personal cost to ourselves, it involves sacrifice. When we love others by meeting their needs and healing their hurts, we are effective in connecting them with God. Visible love opens invisible hearts.

What is the meaning of love? Since a very long time ago, people have searched for the meaning of love, but who can really understand the true essence of this four-letter word? I read an article about the survey of 4 – 8 years old kids on their views on love, despite their young and innocent minds, they already have a simple but deep grasp of love.

“Love is when you give most of your french fries to your friends without making them give you any of theirs.”

“Love is when someone hurts you, and you get so mad but you don’t yell at them because you know it would hurt their feelings.”

“Love is what makes you smile when you are tired.”

“If you want to learn to love better, you should start with someone you hate.”

“There are two kinds of love, our love and God’s love. But God make them both kinds of them.”

“Love is when you tell a guy that you like his shirt, and he wears it everyday.”

“If you want somebody to love you, just be yourself.”

“You can break love, but it won’t die.”

Love isn’t blind or deaf or dumb, in fact it sees far more than it will ever tell. It is going beyond yourself and stretching who you are for someone else. Being in love entails seeing someone as you wish they were: to love them is to see who they really are and still care for them. Love isn’t bitter, but you can’t have love without pain: sacrifice is the hallmark of love , the coin of love.

Let’s love somebody today. (:
